Lease Terms in Plain English
This is a summary. The agreement you sign is the contract, and it says the same things in more words.
The Term
You choose 2, 3, or 5 seasons. The per-season price steps down on the 3- and 5-season terms, and the price for every season of your term is written on page one of the agreement. Longer terms hold your install date every year.
What You Pay
$1,000 season minimum. Every home is quoted individually. A 50% deposit holds your install date; the balance is due at install. Your per-season price is set for the length of your term.
Renewals
Before each following season we text to confirm your date and any design changes, then charge the card on file. Nothing is charged without that text first. After your term ends, the agreement continues season to season until you tell us to stop.
Ending It
Give us 30 days' notice before your next install date and the agreement ends. There's no cancellation fee. If you move inside our service area, we can transfer it.
Weather
If weather moves your install, we reschedule, usually within the week and always before December 10, at no charge. Your deposit stays on your date.
Service and Guarantee
Text a photo of what you see and you hear back the same day. Anything that's our fault is fixed at no charge for as long as the lights are up, within 48–72 hours, weather permitting.
Who Owns the Lights
We do. You lease them for the season. We take them down in January and store them in our climate-controlled unit until next year.
What You're Responsible For
Power to one outdoor outlet, access to the front of the house on install and takedown days, and telling us about HOA date rules. Damage from pets, vehicles, or someone else's ladder is billed at cost.
Insurance
We carry general liability insurance for every install. A certificate is available on request.
