Most holiday lighting goes wrong in the same places: mismatched strands, a ladder in the dark, a section that dies in December, and a garage full of tangled cord in March.
We lease you the lights instead. Our crew designs a layout for your home, installs commercial C9 LED bulbs on cord cut to your roofline, and sets a timer. If a bulb goes out, we fix it. In January, we take it down and store it. Next year, your date is already booked.

How the Season Lease Works

Pick a Term
Choose 2, 3, or 5 seasons. The per-season price steps down on the longer terms, every season's price is written into the agreement, and longer terms hold your install date every year.

Deposit and Install
A 50% deposit holds your date. The balance is due when we install.

Renew Each Season
Before each following season we text to confirm your date and any design changes, then charge the card on file. Nothing is charged without that text first, and 30 days' notice ends the agreement with no fee.
$1,000 season minimum. Every home is quoted individually.

Colors and Layout
Warm white is the classic Chagrin Valley look, and it's what we stock first. Cool white, red, green, blue, and the classic multicolor mix are included too. Custom colors and patterns are available and priced in your quote. Standard scope covers rooflines, gutters, front-facing garage gables, and porch columns.
Holiday Lighting Questions
How early should I book?
Installs run October through December 10, and install dates go in the order deposits come in. If you want lights on before Thanksgiving, book in September or October.
Will the lights be on in October if you install in October?
Only if you want them to be. We set the timer to the date you choose, so an early install can stay dark until Thanksgiving week.
Can I keep the lights up longer?
Takedowns are in January. If your HOA or neighborhood has a date rule, tell us at the site walk and we'll schedule around it.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Give us 30 days' notice before your next install date and the agreement ends. There's no cancellation fee.
What if I move?
Tell us. We'll take the lights down and, if the new home is in our service area, transfer the agreement.

Every home is quoted individually, and no home is quoted under $1,000 a season. You know the floor before we come out.

The per-season price steps down on a 3- or 5-season term, and the number for every season of your term is on page one of the agreement. Nothing to renegotiate in year two.
A Two-Hour Install Window, Texted the Night Before
You don't need to be home. We need the front of the house and one outdoor outlet.

Text a photo of what you see. You hear back the same day, from Levi, not a form.
Fixed Within 48–72 Hours
Anything that's our fault is fixed at no charge for as long as the lights are up, within 48–72 hours, weather permitting.
