Pepper Pike homes are big, set back, and built with the kind of symmetrical front elevation that a warm white C9 run was made for. From the 1960s colonials off Lander Road to the newer homes in Sterling Lakes, the design brief is the same: a roofline that carries the distance to the street. Pepper Pike is about 20 minutes from our base, so service calls usually land the next day.

How We Light Pepper Pike Homes

On a Pepper Pike home we run the full front roofline and gutter line, outline every front-facing gable, and frame the entry and porch columns. Homes with a side-load garage get a design that keeps the front elevation balanced, and we'll tell you at the site walk which sections carry from the road.

What We Put in Writing

Eight things that are in the agreement, not just on the website.

  1. $1,000 Season Minimum

Every home is quoted individually, and no home is quoted under $1,000 a season. You know the floor before we come out.

  2. Every Season's Price, Written In

The per-season price steps down on a 3- or 5-season term, and the number for every season of your term is on page one of the agreement. Nothing to renegotiate in year two.

  3. A Two-Hour Install Window, Texted the Night Before

You don't need to be home. We need the front of the house and one outdoor outlet.

  4. A Same-Day Reply to a Texted Photo

Text a photo of what you see. You hear back the same day, from Levi, not a form.

  5. Fixed Within 48–72 Hours

Anything that's our fault is fixed at no charge for as long as the lights are up, within 48–72 hours, weather permitting.

  6. Thirty Days' Notice Ends It. No Fee.

Before your next install date, one text ends the agreement. We text before any renewal charge.

  7. A Photo of Your House Lit, the Night of Install

So you see it the way your street sees it, even if you're not home.

  8. Labeled, Climate-Controlled Storage

Your set is tagged with your address and stored in our unit, not a garage. Nothing ends up in yours.

Pepper Pike Questions

Do you install inside Sterling Lakes?

Yes. We schedule around gate access, confirm the community's guidelines at the site walk, and text your two-hour window the night before.

My roofline is very long. Does the minimum still apply?

The $1,000 minimum is the floor. A long Pepper Pike roofline is quoted on its own after a site walk, and you'll see every season's price in writing.

Can you match the neighbors' warm white?

Yes. Warm white is what we stock first and it's included. You'll see the tone on your mockup.
