Hudson takes December seriously. The Historic District around the Green sets the tone with white lights and greenery, and the colonials on the streets behind it and the newer subdivisions toward Route 91 and Barlow Road follow the same clean look. That's our specialty. Hudson is the southern end of our route, so we batch installs there by week and confirm your window by text.

How We Light Hudson Homes

Hudson colonials have long, symmetrical front rooflines and center entries, which is the cleanest possible canvas for a warm white C9 run. On the newer homes in Canterbury, Ashbrooke, and Lake Forest we run the roofline end to end and outline the garage gables so the whole front elevation reads as one design.

Chagrin Valley Holiday & Permanent Lights installs holiday and Christmas lighting, and permanent roofline lighting, in Hudson, Summit County, Ohio.

Several Hudson subdivisions have association guidelines and takedown dates, and the Historic District has its own review standards. Clip-on C9s attach without screws or staples, and we confirm your neighborhood's dates at the site walk. Takedown window: Mid-January in most associations.

What It Costs

$1,000 season minimum. Every home is quoted individually.

Terms run 2, 3, or 5 seasons. The per-season price steps down on the longer terms, and every season's price is written into the agreement. A 50% deposit holds your date; the balance is due at install.

Takedowns happen in January, weather permitting. If anything goes out during the season, text a photo, hear back the same day, and anything that's our fault is fixed within 48–72 hours, weather permitting, at no charge. What We Put in Writing

Eight things that are in the agreement, not just on the website.

  1. $1,000 Season Minimum

Every home is quoted individually, and no home is quoted under $1,000 a season. You know the floor before we come out.

  2. Every Season's Price, Written In

The per-season price steps down on a 3- or 5-season term, and the number for every season of your term is on page one of the agreement. Nothing to renegotiate in year two.

  3. A Two-Hour Install Window, Texted the Night Before

You don't need to be home. We need the front of the house and one outdoor outlet.

  4. A Same-Day Reply to a Texted Photo

Text a photo of what you see. You hear back the same day, from Levi, not a form.

  5. Fixed Within 48–72 Hours

Anything that's our fault is fixed at no charge for as long as the lights are up, within 48–72 hours, weather permitting.

  6. Thirty Days' Notice Ends It. No Fee.

Before your next install date, one text ends the agreement. We text before any renewal charge.

  7. A Photo of Your House Lit, the Night of Install

So you see it the way your street sees it, even if you're not home.

  8. Labeled, Climate-Controlled Storage

Your set is tagged with your address and stored in our unit, not a garage. Nothing ends up in yours.

Hudson Questions

Do you install in Hudson's Historic District?

Yes. Seasonal C9s clip to the gutter or shingle edge without screws or staples, so nothing is attached to the structure, and everything comes down in January.

Is Hudson inside your normal service area?

Yes, it's the southern end of it. Because it's a longer drive, we group Hudson installs by week, so book early for the best pick of dates.

What look fits a Hudson colonial?

Warm white on the roofline with the entry framed. It matches what the town does downtown and suits the painted trim and symmetry of a Western Reserve colonial.
