Hunting Valley is the largest-lot village in our area, with homes set deep on acreage between Gates Mills and Chagrin Falls. Almost nothing is visible from the road, so we design for the arrival: the drive, the forecourt, and the elevation you see when you pull up. Hunting Valley is about 20 minutes from our base and shares a route with Gates Mills, so service calls usually land the next day.

How We Light Hunting Valley Homes

On a Hunting Valley home we run the main roofline and gutter on the arrival elevation, outline the gables, and frame the entry and porch columns. Guest houses, carriage houses, and gates can be added to the same design. We work from the ground and the gutter line wherever the roofline allows.

Chagrin Valley Holiday & Permanent Lights installs holiday and Christmas lighting, and permanent roofline lighting, in Hunting Valley, Cuyahoga County, Ohio.

Where We Install in Hunting Valley

  • Daisy Hill
  • Arrowhead Farm

Hunting Valley has no subdivision HOAs; a few estate associations have guidelines, and we confirm at the site walk.

What It Costs

$1,000 season minimum. Every home is quoted individually.

Terms run 2, 3, or 5 seasons. The per-season price steps down on the longer terms, and every season's price is written into the agreement. A 50% deposit holds your date; the balance is due at install.

Takedowns happen in January, weather permitting. If anything goes out during the season, text a photo, hear back the same day, and anything that's our fault is fixed within 48–72 hours, weather permitting, at no charge. How the season lease works · What it costs. Neighbors who book together share an install day; refer one and get $50.

What We Put in Writing

Eight things that are in the agreement, not just on the website.

  1. $1,000 Season Minimum

Every home is quoted individually, and no home is quoted under $1,000 a season. You know the floor before we come out.

  2. Every Season's Price, Written In

The per-season price steps down on a 3- or 5-season term, and the number for every season of your term is on page one of the agreement. Nothing to renegotiate in year two.

  3. A Two-Hour Install Window, Texted the Night Before

You don't need to be home. We need the front of the house and one outdoor outlet.

  4. A Same-Day Reply to a Texted Photo

Text a photo of what you see. You hear back the same day, from Levi, not a form.

  5. Fixed Within 48–72 Hours

Anything that's our fault is fixed at no charge for as long as the lights are up, within 48–72 hours, weather permitting.

  6. Thirty Days' Notice Ends It. No Fee.

Before your next install date, one text ends the agreement. We text before any renewal charge.

  7. A Photo of Your House Lit, the Night of Install

So you see it the way your street sees it, even if you're not home.

  8. Labeled, Climate-Controlled Storage

Your set is tagged with your address and stored in our unit, not a garage. Nothing ends up in yours.

Hunting Valley Questions

Nobody can see my house from the road. Is lighting worth it?

Yes, for you and your guests. We design for the arrival view and show it on the mockup before anything goes up.

Can you light a gate or a carriage house?

Ask at the site walk. Both can be part of the same design if they're on the arrival view.

Do you need me home for a large property?

No. We need access to the drive and one outdoor outlet, and you get a photo of the house lit that night.
