Chagrin Falls is the town the Chagrin Valley is named for, and December here is a walkable event: the Village lights up around Triangle Park and Riverside Park, and the homes on the streets around it follow. Warm white on a century home's porch and roofline is the look most of our Chagrin Falls neighbors ask for. We serve the Village, Chagrin Falls Township, and Chagrin Falls mailing addresses in Bentleyville and South Russell.

How We Light Chagrin Falls Homes

Village homes are older and closer together, with porches, dormers, and rooflines that break at the second story. We design in sections so each break reads cleanly, keep the bulb spacing tight on a small facade, and use the porch as the anchor. On the newer homes toward Bainbridge and South Russell we run the full roofline and garage gable like everywhere else.

Chagrin Valley Holiday & Permanent Lights installs holiday and Christmas lighting, and permanent roofline lighting, in Chagrin Falls, Cuyahoga County, Ohio.

Neighborhoods We Serve in Chagrin Falls

  • The Village historic district
  • Whitesburg and the Northwoods
  • Grove Hill
  • Chagrin Falls Township

The Village has a historic district with its own review board for exterior changes. Clip-on C9s attach without screws or staples, so a seasonal install doesn't touch the structure, and we take everything down in January.

What It Costs

$1,000 season minimum. Every home is quoted individually.

Terms run 2, 3, or 5 seasons. The per-season price steps down on the longer terms, and every season's price is written into the agreement. A 50% deposit holds your date; the balance is due at install.

Takedowns happen in January, weather permitting. If anything goes out during the season, text a photo, hear back the same day, and anything that's our fault is fixed within 48–72 hours, weather permitting, at no charge. How the season lease works · What it costs. Neighbors who book together share an install day; refer one and get $50.

What We Put in Writing

Eight things that are in the agreement, not just on the website.

  1. $1,000 Season Minimum

Every home is quoted individually, and no home is quoted under $1,000 a season. You know the floor before we come out.

  2. Every Season's Price, Written In

The per-season price steps down on a 3- or 5-season term, and the number for every season of your term is on page one of the agreement. Nothing to renegotiate in year two.

  3. A Two-Hour Install Window, Texted the Night Before

You don't need to be home. We need the front of the house and one outdoor outlet.

  4. A Same-Day Reply to a Texted Photo

Text a photo of what you see. You hear back the same day, from Levi, not a form.

  5. Fixed Within 48–72 Hours

Anything that's our fault is fixed at no charge for as long as the lights are up, within 48–72 hours, weather permitting.

  6. Thirty Days' Notice Ends It. No Fee.

Before your next install date, one text ends the agreement. We text before any renewal charge.

  7. A Photo of Your House Lit, the Night of Install

So you see it the way your street sees it, even if you're not home.

  8. Labeled, Climate-Controlled Storage

Your set is tagged with your address and stored in our unit, not a garage. Nothing ends up in yours.

Chagrin Falls Questions

Do you serve the Village itself or just the surrounding townships?

Both. The Village, Chagrin Falls Township, and the Chagrin Falls mailing addresses in Bentleyville and South Russell are all inside our service area.

My house is a century home with a complicated roofline. Can you light it?

Yes. Older rooflines are designed in sections so each break reads cleanly. You'll see exactly where the lights go on the mockup before anything is installed.

Can you match what the Village does downtown?

Warm white is what most Chagrin Falls homes ask for, and it's included. It suits the porches and painted trim in the Village and reads well on the newer homes on the hills.
