Solon is one of the first towns on our October calendar. The two-story colonials built through the 1990s and 2000s have exactly the roofline we design for: one continuous front eave, a front-facing garage gable, and a covered entry. Solon is about 30 minutes from our base, so a photo texted Tuesday morning is usually fixed by Thursday.

How We Light Solon Homes
On a typical Solon colonial we run C9s along the main roofline and gutter, frame the garage gable, and wrap the porch columns. The crew works from the ground and the gutter line wherever the roofline allows, and most homes are done in a couple of hours.

Terms run 2, 3, or 5 seasons. The per-season price steps down on the longer terms, and every season's price is written into the agreement. A 50% deposit holds your date; the balance is due at install.
Takedowns happen in January, weather permitting. If anything goes out during the season, text a photo, hear back the same day, and anything that's our fault is fixed within 48–72 hours, weather permitting, at no charge. A Two-Hour Install Window, Texted the Night Before
You don't need to be home. We need the front of the house and one outdoor outlet.

Text a photo of what you see. You hear back the same day, from Levi, not a form.
Fixed Within 48–72 Hours
Anything that's our fault is fixed at no charge for as long as the lights are up, within 48–72 hours, weather permitting.

Can my lights be up before Thanksgiving?
Yes. Install dates go in the order deposits come in, so book in September or October if you want them on for Thanksgiving weekend.
Can you match the neighbors' warm white?
Yes. Warm white is the standard tone we stock, and it's included. You'll see the exact tone on your mockup before anything goes up.
My house is surrounded by trees. Does that change the design?
Trees change the sight lines, not the roofline. We design for what's visible from the street and your driveway, and we'll tell you at the site walk if a section won't be seen.
