Seasonal vs. Permanent Christmas Lights
One is a classic look for December with nothing to own. The other is a one-time install for every holiday. You can start with one and move to the other.

Seasonal lighting is the C9 bulb line you see on the best-lit houses on your street: installed in the fall, on a timer, down in January. Permanent lighting is a slim track under the eave with app-controlled LEDs that stay up year-round. Here is how they compare on the things that decide it.
| Seasonal C9 lease | Permanent roofline lighting | |
|---|---|---|
| What it looks like | Classic C9 bulbs on the roofline, garage, and porch. | A thin channel under the eave; individually controlled LEDs at night. |
| When you see it | Up by your install date, on when you want, down in January. | Any night of the year, any color, from your phone. |
| Cost shape | One number per season; $1,000 minimum; steps down on longer terms. | One larger install, quoted per home; no season minimum. |
| Who owns it | We do. You lease the season. | You do. |
| Upkeep | Ours: service, takedown, storage. | Yours, under the fixture warranty and our install coverage. |
| Availability | This season. | Installs begin spring 2027. |
| Moving between them | Every completed season is $300 toward permanent, up to three. | — |

What We Put in Writing
Eight things that are in the agreement, not just on the website.
$1,000 Season Minimum
Every home is quoted individually, and no home is quoted under $1,000 a season. You know the floor before we come out.
Every Season's Price, Written In
The per-season price steps down on a 3- or 5-season term, and the number for every season of your term is on page one of the agreement. Nothing to renegotiate in year two.
A Two-Hour Install Window, Texted the Night Before
You don't need to be home. We need the front of the house and one outdoor outlet.
A Same-Day Reply to a Texted Photo
Text a photo of what you see. You hear back the same day, from Levi, not a form.
Fixed Within 48–72 Hours
Anything that's our fault is fixed at no charge for as long as the lights are up, within 48–72 hours, weather permitting.
Thirty Days' Notice Ends It. No Fee.
Before your next install date, one text ends the agreement. We text before any renewal charge.
A Photo of Your House Lit, the Night of Install
So you see it the way your street sees it, even if you're not home.
Labeled, Climate-Controlled Storage
Your set is tagged with your address and stored in our unit, not a garage. Nothing ends up in yours.

Questions
Can I run both?
Yes. Some homes keep permanent lighting on the main roofline and add seasonal C9 accents on the porch or garage gables.
Which looks more like real Christmas lights?
Seasonal C9s are Christmas lights. Permanent systems can get close with tight bulb spacing and a warm-white setting; ask to see one lit at night before you buy from anyone.
Does the $300 credit expire?
It's earned per completed season, up to three, and applied to a permanent install at the same address.
