One Quote for the Whole Season
$1,000 season minimum. Every home is quoted individually.
Terms run 2, 3, or 5 seasons. The per-season price steps down on the longer terms, and every season's price is written into the agreement. A 50% deposit holds your date; the balance is due at install.
You lease the lights rather than buy them. That's why there's nothing in your garage in March, nothing to replace when a strand fails, and nothing to climb for. Terms run 2, 3, or 5 seasons, the per-season price steps down on the longer terms, and every season's price is written into the agreement. A 50% deposit holds your install date, the balance is due at install, and each following season renews on the card you keep on file. You'll hear from us before any renewal charge, and you can change the design any time before install.

What We Put in Writing
Eight things that are in the agreement, not just on the website.
$1,000 Season Minimum
Every home is quoted individually, and no home is quoted under $1,000 a season. You know the floor before we come out.
Every Season's Price, Written In
The per-season price steps down on a 3- or 5-season term, and the number for every season of your term is on page one of the agreement. Nothing to renegotiate in year two.
A Two-Hour Install Window, Texted the Night Before
You don't need to be home. We need the front of the house and one outdoor outlet.
A Same-Day Reply to a Texted Photo
Text a photo of what you see. You hear back the same day, from Levi, not a form.
Fixed Within 48–72 Hours
Anything that's our fault is fixed at no charge for as long as the lights are up, within 48–72 hours, weather permitting.
Thirty Days' Notice Ends It. No Fee.
Before your next install date, one text ends the agreement. We text before any renewal charge.
A Photo of Your House Lit, the Night of Install
So you see it the way your street sees it, even if you're not home.
Labeled, Climate-Controlled Storage
Your set is tagged with your address and stored in our unit, not a garage. Nothing ends up in yours.

Common Questions
How much does holiday lighting cost?
Every home is different, so every home is quoted individually. Our season minimum is $1,000, which covers design, professional bulbs, install, a timer, in-season service, takedown, and storage. Terms run 2, 3, or 5 seasons, and the per-season price steps down on the longer terms. You'll have an exact number for every season of your term after a free site walk. How the cost breaks down.
Do I buy the lights or lease them?
You lease them for the season. That's why there's nothing to store, nothing to repair, and nothing to replace when a strand fails. Choose a 2, 3, or 5 season term and your install date is reserved every year. You can change the design any time before install.
Can I do just one season?
Our shortest term is two seasons. Measuring, designing, and cutting cord to your roofline is most of the work, and a two-season term is what lets us keep the per-season price where it is. If you need to end the agreement after the first season, 30 days' notice before your next install date is all it takes, with no fee.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Give us 30 days' notice before your next install date and the agreement ends. There's no cancellation fee. After your term, the agreement continues season to season until you tell us to stop, and we text you before any renewal charge.
When do you install and take down?
Installs run from October through December 10. Takedowns happen in January, weather permitting. If you book early, we can install in October and leave the lights off until the date you choose.
Do you go on the roof?
We work from the ground and the gutter line wherever the roofline allows, and we carry general liability insurance for every install.
