What Professional Christmas Light Installation Includes
Commercial C9 LED bulbs on cord cut to your roofline, clipped to the gutter lip or shingle edge without screws or staples. A timer on your outdoor outlet. A design you approve on a photo of your own house before anything goes up. In-season service, takedown in January, and labeled storage in our climate-controlled unit. One number covers all of it, and the season minimum is $1,000.
Why a Lease Instead of Buying Lights
When you buy Christmas lights and hire someone to hang them, you own a box of strands that age a season at a time, and every repair is a new bill. When you lease from us, we own the lights, so a failed strand is our problem, storage is our problem, and next year's install date is already on the calendar. How the season lease works.
How Installation Day Goes
You get a two-hour window by text the night before. You don't need to be home; we need the front of the house and one outdoor outlet. The crew works from the ground and the gutter line wherever the roofline allows, tests every bulb, sets the timer to the date you chose, and texts you a photo of the house lit that night. When to Book

How much does Christmas light installation cost on the east side?
Our season minimum is $1,000, and every home is quoted individually after a free site walk. The per-season price steps down on a 3- or 5-season term, and every season's price is written into the agreement. The full cost breakdown.
Do you install lights I already own?
No. We lease commercial C9 bulbs on cord cut to your roofline, which is what lets us stand behind them all season. If your old lights are on the roofline where we're installing, we'll take them down and leave them in a bin by the garage.
What if a section goes dark in December?
Text a photo. You hear back the same day, and anything that's our fault is fixed within 48–72 hours, weather permitting, at no charge for as long as the lights are up.
Do you go on the roof?
We work from the ground and the gutter line wherever the roofline allows, and we carry general liability insurance for every install.
