$1,000 season minimum. Every home is quoted individually.
Terms run 2, 3, or 5 seasons. The per-season price steps down on the longer terms, and every season's price is written into the agreement. A 50% deposit holds your date; the balance is due at install.
Why We Quote Per Home, Not by the Foot
A footage number leaves out the parts that decide the price: peaks and returns, corners, second-story access, the controller, the number of zones, the power run, and the channel color. Two houses with the same footage can be a day apart in labor. We measure, design the run on a photo of your house, and quote the whole install.
What Moves the Number
Linear feet of eave, number of corners and peaks, garage and porch returns, roof height, zones, controller, and whether the back of the house is included. Bulb spacing changes brightness and price; ask to see both spacings lit at night.
What a Quote Should Show
The fixture brand and model. The manufacturer's warranty in years and what it covers. The installer's labor coverage in years. The controller and app. The channel color. Who you text when something fails, and how fast they answer. If a quote leaves any of those out, ask before you sign, and sign at night, with the lights on.
The Seasonal Credit
Every completed seasonal season counts $300 toward a permanent install at the same address, up to three seasons. Run seasonal C9s this December and the next, and $600 comes off the permanent quote in spring 2027 or 2028. How the seasonal lease works.

Every home is quoted individually, and no home is quoted under $1,000 a season. You know the floor before we come out.
Every Season's Price, Written In
The per-season price steps down on a 3- or 5-season term, and the number for every season of your term is on page one of the agreement. Nothing to renegotiate in year two.
A Two-Hour Install Window, Texted the Night Before
You don't need to be home. We need the front of the house and one outdoor outlet.
A Same-Day Reply to a Texted Photo
Text a photo of what you see. You hear back the same day, from Levi, not a form.
Fixed Within 48–72 Hours
Anything that's our fault is fixed at no charge for as long as the lights are up, within 48–72 hours, weather permitting.
Thirty Days' Notice Ends It. No Fee.
Before your next install date, one text ends the agreement. We text before any renewal charge.

Cost Questions
When will you publish your permanent pricing?
Every quote is per home, so there won't be a price list. Before the first spring 2027 install we'll publish the fixture brand, the warranty terms, and what a typical east-side colonial ran, in writing.
Is financing available?
We'll publish that with the product decision. The $300-per-season seasonal credit is available now.
Does permanent lighting have a minimum?
No season minimum. Every install is quoted after a free site walk.
